Assurer une plateforme de formation, d’assistance et d’encadrement de ses adhérents afin de les faire adhérer à l’économie transparente et
formelle et d’éviter le travail dans l’économie informelle
Organiser des conférences, journées d’étude, manifestations sur des
sujets d’ordre socio-économique et/ou professionnel
Organiser et structurer les associations et syndicats professionnels
dépendant de l’UGEP au niveau régional, provincial et local en phase
avec les dispositions du règlement intérieur de l’UGEP
